1. Purposes of Processing

• Scheduling academy trials and consultations
• Confirming post-application class guidance and handling follow-up consultation requests
• KICK-OFF adoption consultations
• Applications and guidance for match-video analysis
• Reviewing regional demand for individual football training spaces
• Sending candidate-location and opening-review updates to guardians who opt in

2. Information Collected

Depending on the type of application, we may collect a name, contact number, email address, age or school year, guardian consent, programme interest, preferred area, facility information and video links. The page address and campaign information may also be recorded to identify the enquiry source.

The first stage of the individual football training-space survey asks about preferred area, the child's age group, recent individual-practice frequency, current practice location, constraints, travel time, preferred times, expected usage, price preference and whether a guardian can accompany the child. Only when opening alerts are selected do we separately collect a guardian's mobile number and consent to alerts or an interview in the second stage. We do not collect the child's name, school or date of birth.

On a class-guidance link sent after an application, opening the link, viewing the introduction page, selecting a programme, clicking phone or KakaoTalk buttons, choosing to wait for contact and the time of each action may be recorded against that application. These operating records do not include the original IP address, user agent, device identifier or free-text content.

3. Retention Period

Consultation application information and records of post-application class-guidance confirmation are retained for one year from collection. A deletion request is handled without delay unless retention is required by applicable law.

Individual football training-space survey responses are retained for one year from collection. Opening-alert contact details are retained until consent is withdrawn or one year from collection, whichever comes first. Survey responses and contact details are managed separately.

4. Applications Involving Children and Young People

Guardian consent is confirmed for applications to programmes for minors. Because match footage may include other players, applicants must confirm that they have the right to provide the footage for the requested analysis.

Individual football training spaces are being reviewed on the basis that minors are accompanied by a guardian. Information requiring legal-representative consent is collected through the guardian.

5. Browser Storage, Visit Analytics and Advertising Measurement

The FootballZon website activates Google Analytics and FootballZon's own anonymous visit analytics only when the user permits visit analytics. Before permission, these tools are not loaded and no visit or behaviour measurement request is sent.

Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion measurement are activated only when the user separately selects ‘Analytics + ad performance’. These tools use events such as page visits, contact-button clicks and confirmed enquiry submissions to measure advertising performance. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and enquiry messages are not sent. Google signals for personalised advertising are not enabled. The choice is stored in the browser and can be changed or withdrawn at any time through Privacy settings in the footer.

Information entered while preparing an enquiry and the application-confirmation state may be stored temporarily in browser storage so the user can continue the flow in the same browser. It is used only to provide the enquiry function and is not sent to third-party advertising tools.

6. Enquiries and Data Rights

Requests for access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing may be submitted to contact@footballzon.com.
